Ccy OTimer

OTimer is a timer for when you are online.

It can calculate the time you spend on the internet with a monthly record. Showing you ip address. Monitor downloaded and uploaded bytes. It also supports dial-up function. Just simply input the starting day and ending day, it will begin to record.

Use method of increment to calculate spent time. This is more accurate even if the system time is changed while online. Old method is last record of "hh:mm:ss" minus first record of "hh:mm:ss" to have spent time. I abandoned it.
